How do I ensure to recieve my order after made payment?
Ans: The Mecha Hobby (002559496-H) is registered under Companies Commission of Malaysia. All transaction is protected by Malaysia business law.
Do you have Retail Shop?
Ans: No, we don't have retail shop, currently we are offering only online store.
Do you do "Cash on Delivery"(COD)?
Ans: Yes, COD only locate at tesco Kepong Village or nearby area.
If I select offline payment (Cash Deposit or Transfer To The Mecha Hobby Account), what is the time frame given for me to Bank In ?
Ans: After we had recieved your order from offline payment, u will be given 3 working day time frame to bank in before the order are cancelled.
Can I get refund after I made an order?
Ans: No, all sold item are not refundable. So please make sure you are confirmed before you purchase the item from us.
Why my order are cancelled by itself ?
Ans: Sometimes our store will be short of stock. In this case we will reimburse a full refund to you if your item is paid but is out of stock.
What is Pre-Order ?
Pre-Order refers to placing an order for a products that is haven't been released.
Do we accept deposit or partial payment for Pre-Order item ?
We are sorry to inform you that we are not accepting any deposit or partail payment for any pre-order item.
How do I made payment?
Ans: We accept online payment via paypal and offline payment. You may refer to our payment page for more information about the payment wise.
Do you accept CASH deposit via ATM/CDM or bank transfer via Internet Banking ?
Ans: Yes, you can select " Offline Payment " as your payment method when your submit your order. After you submit your order, you will recieved an email from us with bank account information for you to do the payment.
How do I inform you after I bank in the payment ?
Ans: You may update the payment information to us by whatsapp the bank in slip along with your Order ID or Transaction number to our support number 016-263 2877.
Should I deposit spare amount via ATM if ATM only accept minimum RM10 note?
Ans: You have to Bank in extra, and we will refund the balance by bank transfer to your provided bank account. For example, your payment is RM108.00, in this case, you could bank in RM110.00 and we will refund RM 2.00 to you.
I do not have paypal account, can I pay by paypal?
Ans: Yes, you no need to be a paypal account member to pay by paypal. You can select pay by other credit card instead you choose log in paypal account during the payment process.
Do you accept deposit or partial payment for Pre-Order Item?
Sorry to inform that we are only accept a full payment for Pre-Order Item only.
How long does the delivery takes?
Ans: All ready stock orders will be dispatched within 24 working hours. Courier will takes 2-3 working days to deliver your parcel for West Malaysia, 3-5 working days for small parcel(POSLAJU) and 7-14 working days for bigger parcel(POS MALAYSIA AIR PARCEL) to East Malaysia.
How to track and trace my parcel status?
Ans: We will email and sms the courier tracking number to you after the dispatched. You may check the delivery status at the courier service portal or through our website locate at shipping column.
What happen when nobody received the parcel when delivery courier arrived?
Ans: You need to keep track on your tracking status. The courier will call you when they arrived. In case they didn't call you, you need to call the courier service to re-arrange the delivery for your parcel or self collect at the branch office if you noticed your parcel is arrived at their office and not delivered or failed delivery.
Do you ship outside of Malaysia?
Ans: Yes, currently we accept Malaysia & Singapore buyers Only.

Ans: We would like to provide the best services to our customers by well packing the item to avoid damage on the item.
How to ship my order when my order consisting a ready stock and a pre-order item ?
We only send out your parcel order together with the pre-order item arrived in order to save the shipment cost.

Do you do restocking for out of stock item?
Ans: Yes, we do restock for all out of stock item but it depent on availability from manufactural when we restock.
Do you sell bootleg?
Ans: No, currently we are selling only original Bandai model kits.
Do you do assembly when I purchase model kit from you?
Ans: Yes, we do provide assembly services for you when you purchase model kit from us but there will be a workmanship charges. Please contact us for more information.
Do you sell any second hand or assembly kits?
Ans: No, we only sell new and unassemble kit only.
